By combining these strengths, both companies will develop high-quality carbon credits tailored to Thailand’s unique regional characteristics, balancing environmental impact reduction with the economic stability of local farmers.
Key Areas of Cooperation
Under this agreement, both companies will drive the following initiatives across Thai production sites:
• Design and Generation of Agricultural Carbon Credits: Introducing management techniques optimized for local cultivation environments to reduce GHG emissions. Through rigorous monitoring and management processes, the partnership aims to produce high-quality credits that meet international standards.
• Strengthening Farmer Resilience and Co-benefits: In addition to increasing income through credit generation, the partnership will implement comprehensive support measures, such as facilitating the transition to climate-resilient farming and improving access to finance.
• Accelerating Social Implementation and Compliance: Leveraging Wave BCG’s local network and governmental coordination to scale projects rapidly. This ensures alignment with both Thai domestic regulations and international climate guidelines.

Moving forward, Faeger and Wave BCG will launch pilot operations in specific regions of Thailand to optimize credit generation methods and verify environmental and economic benefits.
