Faeger Joins the “MIDORI∞ (Infinity)” Alliance
Faeger Co. Ltd. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Takahiro Ishizaki) has joined the private-sector alliance formed under the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries’ “Overseas Deployment Package of GHG Reduction Technologies in the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Sector (MIDORI∞ INFINITY).”
On November 12, 2025 (JST), the alliance announced a joint statement titled “Statement at COP30: Climate Change, Agrifood Systems, and Sustainable Development” at the 30th Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP30), held in Belém, Brazil.
The statement was endorsed by 32 Japanese companies.
The statement calls for expanding overseas deployment of Japan’s climate-smart agricultural technologies and mobilizing climate finance for the agriculture sector—areas where public–private collaboration is essential to address the increasingly complex challenges facing global agriculture and livestock production due to climate change.
As a company engaged in the generation and sale of agriculture-derived carbon credits and the R&D of sustainable agricultural solutions, Faeger will contribute to the alliance’s vision of promoting international collaboration for decarbonized agriculture. Through our projects across Asia and Africa, we will help advance climate-resilient, low-emission agricultural models worldwide.
