Faeger Signs MOU with Yayasan Agathis Dammara Karbon to Explore Biochar Business Development and Agricultural Advisory Cooperation in Indonesia

Faeger Co. Ltd. is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Yayasan Agathis Dammara Karbon (hereinafter "YADK"), a non-profit foundation organized under the laws of Indonesia.

This MOU establishes a mutual intention to explore and pursue a potential business alliance focusing on biochar business development and agricultural advisory cooperation in Indonesia.

Under this MOU, both parties will engage in good faith discussions and exchange necessary information to evaluate the feasibility of biochar business opportunities and agricultural advisory collaboration in Indonesia.

By combining Faeger’s expertise with YADK's regional network and insights, the two organizations aim to accelerate sustainable agricultural practices and contribute to carbon reduction efforts in the region.

【About Yayasan Agathis Dammara Karbon (YADK)】
An Indonesian non-profit foundation specialized in biochar for carbon sequestration. YADK actively conducts hands-on, field-oriented initiatives for local smallholder farmers, including farmer training, operating demonstration plots, and hosting biochar application workshops. Through these efforts, the organization drives sustainable farming practices, environmental initiatives, and the generation of agricultural carbon credits (such as biochar).
